After coming back from Shah Alam, I started to crave for Carbonara Spaghetti.
And thus, I decided to make my very own Carbonara Spaghetti!
But instead of spaghetti, I choose Farfalle. For those of you who are wondering, Farfalle is another form of Pasta. (a very cute one!!)
1. Prepare the ingredients
Pasta, Carbonara Sauce, Meatball, Cheese
(yup, only these four)
FYI, you really need not to add anymore side ingredient such as mushroom etc because the sauce itself is already very rich and creamy with mushrooms inside.
Taa-dah!!
Let me introdeuce you----> Farfalle!!!

2. Boil the pasta for 12-14 minutes.
3. Drain the pasta after boiling.
Farfalle :" I feel so soft and wet after the hot bath!" XD
4. Cut the cheese into tiny pieces
5. And spread it on top of the pasta.
6. Heat the sauce and meatballs for 40-50seconds under mild fire.
If you like, you can actually skip Step5.
Instead of spreading the cheese on the Pasta, you can put the cheese into the Carbonara sauce while you are heating it. This can actually make the sauce creamier and have rich textured.
7. Last Step, Spread the sauce on top of the pasta and you are done!
