my 2nd own made sushi^^

This is it.. Sushi made by myself.. Still fresh actually cause I just made it an hour ago.. (hehe~~)
It doesn't taste too good.. Nor too bad.. (seriously..)
But the appearence may make people think that "hmm.. this will never taste good.. Yucks~!"
ya.. I know that'll happen.. Sob sob..T_T
Actually this is my second trial on making sushi.. Quite troublesome actually.. Cause it needs a lot of time, patience and effort to do it.. And it also need some skills to roll so that it'll look nice.. Sadly, I can't roll it properly and I'm still improving on my skill.. ~^_^~
And today, the rice are quite soft cause I put too much water in the rice cooker.. So it's a bit sticky and part of the rice 'crumple' together.. haiz..... too bad~~
Ever wonder why there isn't green colour vege (cucumber) in my sushi?? The reason is........
My refrigerator is out of cucumber.. haha..
Hmm.. I just realised that making sushi is not easy.. And that makes me think of a friend.. Well.. Last year, on almost every Wednesday, she'll prepare a slice of sushi for each of her friend. (a slice for each can really kill you cause one roll of sushi can only be cut into 6 or 7 slices..And she manage to get a piece for each and everyone of us.. And her sushi looks good too..! Without the rice being too hard nor too soft..Bravo for her!! *claps*)

I'll try to improve myself on this.. Everyone who have experience on making sushi can share it with me.. Or if you are a good sushi maker, then why don't you teach me some tips?? I'll be glad to learn^^
