B.B.B Cafe Hop

I love cafe hopping. I get super excited when I stumbled across any cafe that is pretty. Extra marks will be given if they have decent food! Last week, while I was searching for a place for afternoon tea, I passed by some newly launched cafes in Lumine EST with YW. These new cafes have such adorable decorations, which gave me a had time choosing one! After we hovered around for God knows how long, we decided to try out B.B.B which is the acronym for Best Biscuit Breakfast.

Overall, I love the vibe of the cafe, not overly crowded (space wise) nor too dim. And I love cafe with black tables too.

While waiting for the food, YW was glancing over the list of shops which are having year end discounts and offers.  Spot the couples behind! haha. I think they are Koreans.

Taa-dah! We ordered a set-meal and a cup of coffee latte. The food was not bad (truthfully speaking, everything taste good in Japan) and I am happy with it! I love new ideas and concepts and I would love to see more Japanese-Western fusion restaurant/cafe opening in Japan.

The hash brown is interestingly shaped into waffle. I personally feel it is too hard to cut and chew (overcooked maybe?). I do not know how you guys will eat this, but for me, I cut a bit piece of everything and stuff them inside my mouth once before eating them separately. I like the biscuit a lot! It taste a lot like English Scone and pairing it with the gravy made it taste even better. The fried chicken is so crispy on the outside however a little tasteless on the meat. Maybe it is suppose to pair with the sauce and hence less flavorable when being eaten separately.  

I would definitely go back and try out other menus! Who will my partner-in-crime be that time? Will be revealed on my next visit :)

I always try to keep the coffee art until the very last sip. Anyone else do the same? (hands up please!)
