Colorful Xiao Long Bao @ Paradigm Mall

Lots of you may have heard about the famous colorful Xiao Long Bao which hit the town right?
Thanks to Chenelle, I got to try it once I stepped down in Malaysia!

We ordered the 8 in one Xiao Long Bao with 8 different colors and 8 different flavors such as original, ginseng, foie gras, black truffles, crab roe, cheese, garlic, SzeChuan.   
I think the 8 is suppose to mean the auspicious 8 for the Chinese. Because the pronunciation of 8 in Hokkien/Cantonese is similar to "fortune" and the Chinese believe that it will bring good luck!
However, I can't differentiate the tastes very clearly.
But the brown one did taste like the chinese herbs--ginseng I suppose!





Other than Xiao Long Bao, we ordered other side dishes too for our lunch.

It was suppose to taste something like the Japanese Tamago but unfortunately it didn't.
Didn't even have half of the look!

Spinach or better known as Kangkung!

As far as I remember, this doesn't taste very nice too!

I like this dish the most!! Aromatic and love the crunchiness of the chicken! Of course with a little bit of spiciness too!

The fried rice taste very nice though! =)

Last but not the least, our selca photo =)

Overall rating: 6/10
The foods there does not impress me much but the ambience is definitely thumbs up!
